Finding Your Tribe Is Vital For a Successful Career

Pursuing your dreams can be a lonely process. It requires us to look within and tune within often, especially if we are the ones who receive the vision and are behind the vision. Though projects are often sparked by a single person or small group of people, bringing the vision to life is in no way a one person show.

No ‘I’ In TEAM

We hear all the time that there is no “I” in “TEAM”…and the same is true for bringing a film, web series or other creative idea to fruition. Collaboration is key, and if done right, can add richness, impact and more to the table.

Easier said than, done, though, because how do you know who the right people are? Who can actually help you reach your goals and encourage you when times get tough? Who can you pour into and receive from? There are people out there who will get you, support you, offer advice and knowledge and help you grow.
